The Eiffel Tower in Breezand? It will happen this spring. This year the theme of the Lentetuin is: Vive les fleurs! Paris at the Lentetuin. Visitors can experience spring in French style from February 28th up to and including March 4th, 2019 at the annual flower show in Breezand.
This year more than 20,000 visitors can enjoy the beautiful spring flowers at the Lentetuin again. The sport complex of ZAP is turned into a bulb flower show for the 39th time, during which the theme ‘Paris’ is central this year. Besides the world-famous Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe will be featured prominently as well. These Paris showpieces will be surrounded by thousands of beautifully flowering tulips, daffodils, lilies, hyacinths, crocuses, callas and other bulb varieties. Arranger Martin Ellin has been thinking about and developing the design of the garden for months. The orginisation is happy to have a group of carpenters and painters who will help to create the scenery pieces. Many volunteers will help to achieve a wonderful edition of the Lentetuin again during which visitors can experience Paris in bloom.
Experiences at the trade fair
Besides the flower show, a Spring Trade Fair will be held again this year. The focus will be on the visitors’ experience and the exact details will be announced later. The fair consists of a consumer fair and the Agri Trade Fair. Well-known, but also new exibitors will provide a varied range of home and garden products. Visitors from the agricultural sector can meet fellow professionals at the Agri Trade Fair and share knowledge of new developments. Of course there is also a restaurant in which visitors can enjoy a delicious snack, lunch, dinner, or just a cup of coffee. Children can be entertained by professional child entertainers. In short, all ingredients for a wonderful day out are there.View event on map Visit event website View this event on Facebook
