The 2009’ Symposium of Flower Bulbs and Industrial Development of Chinese Flower Bulbs sponsored by the Chinese Association of Flower Bulbs (CAFB), CSHS, will be held on Oct. 22-25, 2009, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The venue will be the Daisi Hotel, 451 Kaixuan Road.

Herewith we are glad to inform you that our Mr. Jan de Wit will give a speech at this symposium on Friday October 23 in the morning. The subject of his speech will be “The quality control during the processing of lily bulbs”.

Mr. Henk Westerhof, President of Anthos, the Royal Dutch Trade Association for Nursery Stock and Flower Bulbs, will also give a speech then. The subject of his speech will be “Dutch flowerbulbs: a healthy business”.
