Below you can see some tulip varieties that are grown in our own clay soil nurseries under plastic. Because these varieties are grown under plastic they are able to flower two weeks earlier than the varieties grown under normal circumstances. The advantage of tulips grown under plastic is that they are suitable for early forcing (around Christmas).
